utilizar el Autoresponder...
Usted
acuerda no
enviar Spam de
cualquier manera, usando nuestros servicios.
Usted
acuerda no agregar personas a su Autoresponder sin que sean ellos directamente
quienes le piden más información, enviando un e-mail a su Autoresponder.
Existe una excepcion, Usted podra agregar personas que se lo hayan solicitado
por e-mail o por otro medio fehaciente.
Usted
acuerda no
utilizar su
direccion de e-mail de Autoresponder Correo Inteligente para el envio
a granel de
cualquier clase de mensajes.
Es
decir que usted acuerda no utilizar su direccion de e-mail de su Autoresponder Correo
Inteligente para someter al resultado de un correo masivo no autorizado.
Si
usted usa Spam con el servicio de Autoresponder Correo Inteligente o algún otro
servicio proporcionado por Correo Inteligente, usted:
Tendrá
su cuenta terminada inmediatamente sin reembolso y sin notificación.
Tendrá
a su cargo un honorario por la cancelación de cuenta de $150.-
Será
señalado a su propio ISP por nosotros como spammer.
OUR SPAM POLICY
The sending of Unsolicited Commercial
E-Mail ("Spam") will not be tolerated!! This company will not put up
with Spam, period!
If you're caught "spamming", or someone informs us that you were
sending them unsolicited e-mail using any of our services, we will temporarily
suspend your use of our services, until we've had the opportunity investigate
the matter further.
If we verify that you've been "spamming" others, your accounts with us
will be canceled, with no refund due. Any future or pending affiliate commission
payments will be forfeited as well.
We will also report you to the proper Internet authorities. You may even be
found liable and convicted in Federal Court, for loses that we or others may
have suffered, due to your infringement of the "anti-spamming" laws.
Please, do not SPAM!
If you think you have received Spam from our domain, please E-mail us at Webmaster,
and we will look into it, then get back to you ASAP.
Remember that sending Spam will not make you any money, it will cost you!
